LCF Law has installed 10 branded flags on two of the busiest streets in Leeds city centre and is recruiting for its Park Place office, as the Yorkshire law firm sets out to raise its profile in the city. The firm announced the move on 28 October 2026 through Candid PR.

Five of the 2.8 metre high flags are on Boar Lane and five are on Wellington Street. The firm said its recruitment drive in Leeds would add capability in corporate, property, disputes and personal law to meet rising client demand.

LCF Law moved into its 6,000 sq ft office on Park Place in 2020, and 40 people are now based there. The firm described the flags and the hiring as part of a wider programme of investment in the city.

Visibility to match its size

Ragan Montgomery, Managing Partner at LCF Law, said: “As we’ve grown, we’ve recognised that although we have a strong presence in Leeds, we haven’t had the visibility in the city centre that reflects the scale of our business or our ambitions.”

He said the flags were a way of raising the firm’s profile and showing a long-term commitment to Leeds, and that the firm wanted people across the city to see it as a Leeds law firm investing in the city’s future.

Growth in 2026

LCF Law has recruited 26 people since the start of 2026, taking its headcount to 149 across offices in Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate and Ilkley. It was named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list, powered by WorkL, in the medium-sized business category, and says it is one of a handful of UK law firms to be recognised for a second time. Earlier in 2026 it launched a refreshed purpose, vision and values framework, which it said was designed to support its next phase of growth, recruitment and client service.

Its latest hires are five appointments across its Leeds and Bradford offices, and it is holding a free charity risk seminar in November. More from the city’s firms is in our companies section.
