LCF Law has made five appointments across its Leeds and Bradford offices, including three paralegals who will now start the firm’s solicitor training programme. Candid PR announced the hires for the firm on 28 October 2026.
In Leeds, Jenna Leach has joined the corporate team as a legal executive. Two paralegals have started in the city: Matthew Griffiths in the personal law division and Hannah O’Reilly in the commercial litigation team.
In Bradford, solicitor Emily Bailey has joined LCF Residential, the firm’s specialist conveyancing arm, and Anouska Seedheeyan has been appointed as a paralegal in the real estate division.
Experience and training
Emily qualified as a solicitor in 2026 after more than four years as a paralegal and trainee solicitor at a Leeds legal practice. Jenna worked as a paralegal at two other Yorkshire firms before moving to LCF Law.
The three paralegals all hold law degrees and have passed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). They will now complete two years of qualifying work experience, made up of four six-month seats in different departments across the firm.
Ragan Montgomery, Managing Partner at LCF Law, said: “Both Emily and Jenna have several years’ experience behind them and are now stepping up to new roles in their preferred fields, which is always exciting.”
He said the paralegals would provide casework support, carry out legal research and prepare legal documents alongside experienced colleagues and partners, and that dozens of solicitors had completed the firm’s training programme, which covers its corporate, disputes, personal and real estate divisions.
A growing headcount
LCF Law has recruited 26 people since the start of 2026, taking its headcount to 149 across offices in Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate and Ilkley. The firm was named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list, powered by WorkL, in the medium-sized business category, and says it is one of a handful of UK law firms to be recognised for a second time.
The firm is also holding a free charity risk seminar at Hazlewood Castle in November. More appointments across the region are in our people section.
