Leeds city centre estate agency Zenko City Living has been named Best Small Agent at The Yorkshires Residential Real Estate Awards 2026, the second time it has won the award in three years. The agency announced the win on 28 October 2026.
The awards, organised by Yorkshire Children’s Charity, were held at Rudding Park Hotel in Harrogate and brought together almost 550 residential property professionals from across the region to recognise work in the sector over the previous 12 months.
Tobias Duczenko, managing director at Zenko City Living, said: “The city centre market requires a specialist approach, whether that is positioning a property to achieve the strongest possible sales result or helping landlords navigate an increasingly complex lettings environment.”
He said the agency had invested considerable effort in improving its processes and service.
£141,651 for Yorkshire Children’s Charity
The evening raised £141,651 for Yorkshire Children’s Charity, which supports children and families across the region facing disadvantage because of sickness, disability or financial difficulties. The money will support the charity’s winter campaign, which provides coats, shoes, bedding and toiletries to children experiencing hardship, and its Christmas present appeal.
Jonathan Morgan, partner at Zenko City Living, said: “We are proud of the work we do in Leeds city centre, where the residential property market has its own characteristics and challenges.”
The evening was hosted by television presenter and comedian Dominic Holland, with an Oktoberfest theme.
More on the city’s homes and commercial space is in our property section, and more on the people behind Leeds firms is in people.
